Processing of tenants' data

If you enter tenants' data in the app, you enter into this personal data processing agreement with the operator of the service (Art. 28 GDPR). You accept it by creating an account and using the rental features. The processing rules are also described in the privacy policy.

1. Who is who

You (the person managing the rental) are the controller of the tenants' data. The operator of the service is the processor and processes that data solely on your documented instruction – that is, in line with what you do in the app.

2. Scope and purpose

You entrust tenants' data (first and last name, phone, email address and rental settlement data) for storage and processing in the app for the purpose of managing the rental. The entrustment lasts for as long as you use the account.

3. Our obligations

• we process the data only to the extent and for the purpose arising from your use of the app;
• we ensure confidentiality – only authorised persons bound to secrecy have access;
• we apply security measures appropriate to the risk (Art. 32 GDPR): attachment encryption, access control, backups;
• we help you meet data subjects' requests (access, rectification, erasure) and your data-security obligations;
• after the rental ends you can delete a tenant's data with one button (initials remain on the payments); after the account or property is deleted we erase the data in line with the privacy policy;
• we notify you without undue delay of any breach affecting the entrusted data;
• we make available the information needed to demonstrate compliance with these obligations.

4. Sub-processing (sub-contractors)

You give general consent to our use of the sub-contractors listed in the privacy policy (e.g. the email provider, server infrastructure). We will announce any intended change of sub-contractor in the app so that you can object. We impose on them the same data-protection obligations as on us.

5. Your responsibility

You are responsible for the legal basis for entering tenants' data and for informing them about the processing. Do not enter data you have no right to.

6. Changes

We will announce any significant changes to these terms in the app.
